Yes, your event price includes taxes, cleaning fees, and lodging for up to 15 guests. There are additional add-on items that you can decide to purchase as your wedding planning progresses. We have a full catalog of items for you to choose from.
No, your event priced does not include all reception hardware. It only includes the tent, your tables and chairs. All of your linens table wear such as plates, silverware, etc. and table decor are available to purchase through HeartRock or one of our rental companies.
When you fill out our contact form, we will send you our wedding venue packages and pricing.
Our capacity is 250 guests. There is an additional charge per group of 8 guests of $250.00 after 150 guests. However, after hosting weddings for several years now, we have observed that 150 guests is a sweet spot and manageable for a bride and groom to have time with their guests.
Yes, you are welcome to space your rental fee over 4 payments. We typically space your payments out from the time you book up to 2 months prior to your wedding date.

Yes, your first 25% down of your rental/event fee is a non-refundable payment. There is also a 1000.00. damage deposit which is refundable. We refund the damage deposit within one week of your checkout date, contingent on the premises being left exactly the way you found them.
You are welcome to cancel between the time frames of your 1st and 3rd payment for a 50% refund minus the 25% retainer fee. After the 3rd payment is made, there is no refund.
If there is heavy rain, your ceremony and reception will be held under our tent. We have had several weddings with a light mist of rain and the bride and groom decided they wanted to continue forward hosting their ceremony under the canopy forest with the seated wooden benches. These ceremonies have always turned out so lovely!!
Your rental/event fee timeframe runs from Thursday 5pm to Sunday 10am of your weekend choice. Greg and Kim believe time is one of the most precious assets we have, and why not have more time for one of the best days of your life!
